Business Development Associate - I

Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role also includes direct support to the CEO on key business development and operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new enterprise leads and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of prospects in target segments.
- Support proposal development, presentations, and follow-ups for AI transformation and consulting engagements.
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, RFPs, and partnership discussions.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, meeting prep, and coordination for business development activities.
- Support the CEO on strategic initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain CRM and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM and basic productivity tools.
- Interest in AI, enterprise software, or technology services.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B or technology/consulting sales.
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS sales cycles.
Note: This role includes the additional responsibility of assisting the CEO with day-to-day business development and operational support.
